Deliveries and Returns
We hope you will love our dresses as much as we do and to encourage you to try them we are offering free delivery and returns on all full price standard UK deliveries.
Free standard delivery on all sale dresses
UK standard – free (3 to 5 working days)
Next day delivery by 1pm (order before 12pm Monday to Thursday) - £7
If you require a Saturday delivery or before 9am, please email us for a price.
Europe - £7
Rest of world – £10
Who will be delivering my goods?
UK standard – delivered by Royal Mail (may require a signature)
Next day delivery – Royal Mail (Signature required)
Returns We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you wish to return your dress we have made the process as easy as possible.
Our dresses are delivered in a bag that is re-useable and we have included a free returns label with all full price dresses.
You can at any time, within 14 days of receiving goods from us, return any full price dresses you are not completely happy with for a full refund.
Please return any sale items within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure that all returned goods are unworn and in their original packaging. We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods returned to us. The original delivery costs will not be refunded (exceptions apply).
How do I return my order?
Please remember to complete the returns form with your name, address, order number and reason for the return.
Ensure your returns are in a securely wrapped parcel with the freepost returns label attached.
Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) to the Post Office and obtain a proof of posting certificate, which you should retain until you receive your refund.
As a new brand any feedback (good or bad) would be invaluable, so do please let us know what you think of our dresses.
Please note that UK Customer returns take up to 10 working days from the date of postage to be received and refunded. Upon processing your refund, we will send you an email to confirm. If you do not receive an email confirming your refund after 10 working days, please inform our Customer Service Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any tracking number or proof of postage.
We will be happy to offer a free of charge exchange, if the dress you require is available. If the new dress you require costs less than the one you have returned, we will refund you the difference. If it costs more than the one you have returned we will need to take an additional payment from you before we can send you the item. Please make sure you give us a daytime telephone number or your email address so we can contact you.
