Allium B reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and any such change will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these Terms and Conditions and published on the website.

INFORMATION

We take great care to ensure the information on the website is accurate and correct at all times. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that such an error has affected your purchase, please let us know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.

Please be aware that colour reproduction of the products is a close representation and we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. All sizes and measurements are approximate.

ORDERS
Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. By making a purchase, you authorise Allium B to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Allium B cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

All prices and charges on the website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process. All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

Alliumb.com ships to the United Kingdom.

Allium B will also ship to Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland), Australia & New Zealand. Stock will be sent by courier and the cost of delivery charges will be agreed at the time of confirming the order. Please contact customerservices@alliumb.com  for non UK delivery charges.

All prices will remain in pounds with no local currency conversion. If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

RETURNS
You can at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods from us, return any full price dress, you are not completely happy with. Please return sale items within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure that all returned goods are unworn and in their original packaging. We will, on receipt of the returned goods, refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods returned to us. The original delivery costs will not be refunded.


YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel your order in writing by emailing customerservices@alliumb.com, within seven days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. If the goods have been dispatched you will need to follow the standard returns procedure in Deliveries & Returns.

PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL
We reserve the right, to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

COMPETITION - #foreverdresses

#foreverdresses competition will run from Friday 23rd November 2012 to Wednesday 5th December 2012. To enter you simply have to retweet our #foreverdresses or like on facebook and leave a message on our blog.

Winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 5th December 2012 at 5pm.

The prize is a dress of the winners choice from our current AW12 range. If the size is not available alternative will be offered. No cash alternative. Dress should be selected by Friday 14th December 2012.  

PROMOTION CODES & ALLIUMB LOYALTY CODES
Promotion codes and Allium B loyalty codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. During our sales our products are already discounted so your promotion code or Allium B loyalty code will not be valid when purchasing sale items. The offer is subject to availability on full priced items only. Offer excludes gift cards. Promotion codes can only be used once. Once a promotion has expired, the code cannot be used.  
Free delivery is only available on standard UK delivery.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards can be exchanged for merchandise at www.alliumb.com. Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Allium B is under no liability for replacement or refund should vouchers be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any vouchers that have been modified, damaged or defaced. Gift Cards can only be used once and require they unique gift card code. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue.

Allium B would like to keep you informed with regards to new products, special offers, the launch of the sales, competitions, etc. If you prefer not to receive this information, please update your preferences within 'MY ACCOUNT'.

DISCLAIMER
Allium B’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Allium B to the customer. Allium B shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Allium B cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
